[:fr]Peter NOWFEL a obtenu un diplôme de musique à l’université de Kingston et une licence à Guildhall School of Music de Londres.

Durant les dix-huit dernières années, il a été directeur de musique à Shrewsbury House à Londres où il a encadré une équipe de 25 professeurs de musique et plus de 300 étudiants. Il a participé à la conception et au suivi de la construction du Matthew Pinsent Music School, un centre exceptionnel dédié au théâtre et à la musique.

Sir Anthony SELDON l’historien contemporain, conseiller au gouvernement Britannique et commentateur politique dit « Peter NOWFEL a eu l’honneur de diriger le premier département de musique dans le Royaume-Uni. »

 En 2010, il a commencé une nouvelle aventure en France.

He went on to teach for the Kingston Association for Music Education, The Deutsche Schule London and the Royal Ballet School.  For the last eighteen years, he was Director of Music at Shrewsbury House where he managed twenty five music staff and three hundred students.  He oversaw the design and build of the outstanding Matthew Pinsent Theatre and Music Centre. He acted as music director on over one hundred stage productions.  Standards were high and Peter Nowfel was acclaimed for « running the foremost music department in the UK. » (Dr Anthony Seldon) In 2010 he began a new adventure in France.
